Foreigners legal and illegal, are registering to vote, and voting. What's worse is that our government is preventing states from removing these people from voter rolls. It doesn't matter they aren't actual voters, so they are not purging voters from voter rolls; they are removing aliens - people  who are not eligible to vote. 

NOTICE TO ANYONE WHO MAY BE IN THIS COUNTRY LEGALLY: YOU CANNOT VOTE IN OUR NATIONAL ELECTIONS. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW. IF ANYONE ENTICES YOU TO REGISTER, REFUSE TO COMPLY AND REPORT THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW. DON'T ALLOW PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO GET VOTES FOR THEIR CANDIDATE GET YOU IN TROUBLE. IF YOU REGISTER, IF YOU VOTE WHEN YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO DO SO, YOU CAN BE DEPORTED, EVEN IF YOU ARE HERE LEGALLY. YOU CANNOT VOTE IF YOU ARE NOT A CITIZEN.
