They don't listen to people who have arthritis, who've had surgery, who are deaf, who have heart problems. They will not let you talk or explain. They will break a 64 yo woman's jaw for "being loud" (she wasn't), manhandle people trying to explain  they had 4 hour surgery the previous day, etc. Thank God for body cameras and people with cell phones.
