NOAA's U.S. 2022-23 Winter Outlook maps

They need to stop "predicting" all long-term forecasts - they can't get weather right; predicting a winter's precipitation is out of their purview. They can't do it. The only reason they can get any weather forecast right is when there is a front coming through. Last week they missed a day that had showers - they had predicted sunshine. and clear skies. I have a couple of pretty spectacular pics of the incoming showers from the north contrasting with the fall color.

This is insane. Only one half of one percent of prescription pain patients who take opioids addict. Read that again. One half of one percent. 99.5% never addict. Dependence isn't addiction. They are insinuating that you should never take prescription opioids.
