(22) Take ONE of These Medications and LOSE ALL Guns - "Safeguard Against Homicidal Side Effects Act" - YouTube Barred from purchasing? What if they already have one? Btw, I would agree this is a good idea - but coming off this dope can also trigger violence. They should be off it longer than a month before being able to use a gun. The reason I agree with this is that psych dope causes people to do things they would not normally do. Emotionally disturbed people usually don't hurt others - they usually hurt themselves. I'm confused about migraine meds and meds for other physical illnesses - psych dope is a totally different animal that can cause people to go off the rails and hurt others.
