Genetic defect makes some nearly immune to morphine

 Here in the US, doctors don't seem to give a damn. At least they tried to make sure Norwegians got relief and understand some need twice as much pain killer. (Btw, cancer pain is no different than other pain - pain is pain so they should make sure everyone's pain is taken seriously)
