Graham and Biden are madmen. So is Zelensky. I don't think Putin will use nukes, but I think he'll use something like a "MOAB" to end this. Biden and Graham don't care if they start a nuclear war. Graham says it doesn't matter who uses them first? Really? He thinks it's ok for the US to use them first?
