The difference between Hillary and President Trump. Hillary could not declassify records. She was supposed to go through a process to get those records she had and did not. President Trump had a right to those records; he had the ultimate power to declassify them.There was no process for him to go through because he had the ultimate authority over classified records. There was a standing order to declassify anything he took to ML to work on. Hillary Clinton stole classified records. President Trump did not.
